New replies are no longer allowed. I tried flashing my router Model - WRT54G version - 7 with Openwrt but wouldn't see the firmaware, please can anyone help out with the right information.

NOTE: The WRT54G v5/v6 has 2Mb/8Mb Ram, it uses VxWorks OS and is incompatible with 3rd Party Firmware. v7 (Atheros chipset) and v8 (Broadcom Chipset) may have ddwrt support however you need to check the supported devices here: http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php..._based_Routers
